Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unopened and unused products for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will gladly replace or refund the item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
