Placing Orders for Goods

Order Cancellation

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You can cancel an Order for Goods in the same condition as received, including all instructions and packaging. Damaged or worn goods are not eligible for a refund.

We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods using the same payment method. You won't incur any fees for this reimbursement.

You cannot cancel Orders for the following Goods:

• Custom-made or personalized Goods
• Goods that deteriorate rapidly or expire
• Unsealed Goods due to health or hygiene reasons
• Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
• Digital content if performance has begun with your express consent.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
