Like a whole lot of options. Holy smorgasbord that's a lot of delicious insects.
There are thousands of edible insect species out there and even more dishes! You got worms, crickets, scorpions, spiders, beetles, lobster, etc. The list keeps on going.
Who eats because they want to maintain their bodies? Well if you want to continue living a life full of fun and adventure, you're going to be doing your best to sustain your body.

A lot of people have the stigma that insects are dirty. In fact, insects can be quite clean creatures.
Just like most other creatures, insects like to be clean. In fact, a lot of insects manage to avoid a lot of bacteria and viruses that are known to humans. This makes them a much cleaner option when it comes to food.

Insects are loaded with lots of vitamins and minerals. Insects are even loaded with anti-oxidants!
They're loaded with vitamins like iron, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, manganese, selenium, zinc, folic acid, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, chitin, and biotin. Chitin is even a pre-biotic fiber!
Besides protein, bugs have a high amount of mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids.

Eating insects helps add a new food source that your body can now rely on when it comes to sustenance. This in return will absolutely make you feel better.
Quite a bit of people is starved of essential nutrients when they seem "full". When your body gets what it needs, it does what it needs.
