Ant Guacamole

Ingredients for Ant Guacamole:

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 cup cooked and chopped ants
  • Cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions:

  2. Add the red onion, jalapeño, garlic, lime juice, and salt to taste, and stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in the cooked and chopped ants.
  4. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or use it as a topping for tacos or burritos.
  6. If desired, top with chopped cilantro before serving.
